I am a loyal and appreciative Comcast customer. Loyal because they gave me a year of Cable internet for $34.99 per month and appreciative because it’s very fast. I have no complaints whatsoever and would recommend their service to anyone who asks.
The one funny thing is that they raise the rates up to $60 per month every year. I then call in and say I am going to cancel and go with another service to which they then offer me the same deal again.
I always want to ask them “why don’t you just give me the best deal forever?” I don’t because I know there are probably a lot of people who just pay the full priced bill without question.

Cut your bill in half with a simple phone call. I’ve done this twice and the only advice I would give is be nice, and be prepared to actually switch should they not offer you the deal.
